All of a sudden I'm being asked for my military pay grade, but I was never in the military. DOn't know where this came from, but how to fix?

That question comes up if you indicate that you are in the military or if you start your return from the military homepage. Here is how to correct that:

1. Login and continue your return.
2. Click on My Info on the left side menu.
3. Across from your name on the right side, click Edit.
4. About halfway down the page is I am a member or former member of the U.S. Armed Forces (active, reserve or National Guard). Change your answer to No.
5. Click Continue to save.
