Active Duty working two jobs, same state as home of record/domicile

I am from Pennsylvania and I am Active Duty, so I do not pay the state taxes as I am exempt. I do however work a part time job, also in PA. Does the exemption only apply to my military pay, or does it extend to my part-time job as well?

No, the exemption only applies to your active duty income. Other income earned in PA is still taxable income in PA.
