Unaware of Debit

After I reviewed my credit report. It has come to my attention that I'm in debit to 2 separate collection agencies. Any information about how to figure out how to go about this would be greatly appreciated

I would try and get a low interest loan or 0% balance transfer where you have them direct deposit funds.  Then go pay those collection agencies.  Then pay that debt back with a snowball effect based on the length of the 0%.
