It says i owe over 2k to holloway and accosiates. Ive never owed anyone. How can i figure out whats going on?

I have the same issue except with I owe over 1k to a company called Wakefield and Associates. I’ve never owed nearly that much to anybody and I’m only 20 so I don’t understand why I’m in that much debt!
