Would this Rental income be on a schedule E, F, or C.

I own a small farm business that is also my main residence. I rent out several of the out buildings to a small manufacturer. The rent includes Power, internet, etc. that i pay for. I also provide all snow removal, road maintenance, Building maintenance, and janitorial services including light builds and trash removal for said building, as well as unloading semis bringing them their materials. This is all including in the rent they pay me

Schedule C.  As Carl mentions above, you are providing services to your tenants, so business income reporting is appropriate.

There is no question this is a SCH C business as you are providing the tenant services on a recurring basis.
