Will tubotax produce form 8949 by linking with coinbase? I am having problems downloading their form. I have already edited my gains/loss report.

It's not clear what you're asking for.

TurboTax will not produce Form 8949 independently of preparing a tax return.

If Coinbase produces a Fotm 8949, you can summarize it in turboTax and mail the Form 8949 to the IRS.

If you want only a Form 8949 you have to use the descktop version  which allows "Forms Mode"
