Why the trash icon not working

I accidentally duplicate a 1099B, and want to delete one of it , click on the trash icon and nothing happen.

In TurboTax Premium Online, you are able to Delete a form.  Follow these steps:

 

  • Down the left side of the screen, click on Tax Tools.
  • Click on Tools.
  • In the center of the screen, click on Delete a form.
  • Find the form listed and click Delete to the right.

Make sure that you know the correct name for the IRS form 1099-B.  The page may display many Form 1099-B Worksheets.

 

Select the correct Form 1099-B Worksheet and click Delete to the right.

We do not see any  tools at the bottom left or right.

only see the tab on the top see the icon like :

- Forms

- Details

Save and close your return, then re-open it.   Then try to use the trash can icon again.   After you click on the trash can button, you should see a confirmation screen pop up and when you select YES there, the form is deleted.
