Why is turbotax not offsetting my capital losses from my capital gains for NJ state return?

For example, if I have $5000 in Capital Gains Distributions, and $3000 in Capital Losses, my net gain should be $2000. However, Turbotax is showing $5000 as net Capital Gains.

Please continue this discussion under your other question about the same problem. Do not post any more separate questions about the same issue. When information is scattered in multiple threads it's confusing and hard to follow, and hard to see the whole picture.
