Have you entered any assets to be depreciated?

If you look at the detail list of your expenses, depreciation will be shown with an amount.

I have a rental asset.  what I see is a list of expenses underneath it and when I click add it doesn't give the option of depreciation.

Did you enter the asset in the Asset/Depreciation section when on the Rental Summary screen?
