The TurboTax desktop editions include all the same forms and schedules so that you can use the Deluxe edition to report your rental property income, expenses and assets on Schedule E.
If you believe you will need more guidance for the rental property entries you can always upgrade to the Premier edition and only pay the difference between Deluxe and Premier.
