Which product is best for personal (investments, rental properties, income) and business (start-up s corporation with no revenue this year)?

Not sure if TurboTax Business will help enough to make it worth getting since I don't yet have any revenue to write out for the business.  I understand that I will likely at least need Premier, but need to know if it will be easy enough to write out my costs on the K-1's without the need for the Business program.

The fact the S-Corp has no income in 2016 may be irrelevant. If you completed the state registration process, the return is required, especially if you meet the requirements of being considered legally "open for business" in 2016. For the S-Corp, you have to use TurboTax Business, which is different from Home and Business. You'll be filing an 1120-S tax return for the S-Corp. Get TT Business at https://turbotax.intuit.com/small-business-taxes/?srqs=null&cid=ppc_gg_b_stan_all_na_Brand-Business_...

Note that TurboTax Business is only available on CD or as a download that you physically install on your Windows computer. TurboTax Business is NOT available for MACs, and is not available as an on-line product. You have to physically install the program on your Windows computer. Note that you can not file a PERSONAL tax return with TurboTax Business. TurboTax Business does not include any form of the 1040.

For the rentals and other stuff, assuming they are NOT owned by the S-Corp, you'll need TurboTax Home & Business which you can purchase as a CD/download product you physically install on your computer, or use the online version of the product.
