Where in my TurboTax/Mac forms can I find the order info for the Series I savings bonds I ordered with my refund in March?

I ordered several Series I savings bonds, but they arrived with several mistakes in them. Before I contact the Treasury Dept to *try* to get these fixed, I want to see the exact info I supplied.

form 8888.  if it isn't in your return, it's too late.
