Where do I file a private stock transaction without 1099-B
The company hasn't gone public, so this was a private employee-to-employee transaction. He paid me 3X what I paid for these stocks back in 2018.

You enter the sale in TurboTax in the same place as you would enter a sale of stock through a broker. When it asks whether you got a 1099-B, click No. Then just proceed through the questions.
