Where do I enter the cost of sales for rental property, sellers closing costing?

The costs associated with selling your home go against your Sales Price, in the Rental section.  To get there:

1.  Go to Your Property Assets in the rental section.

2.  Click Edit by the property you sold.

3.  Keep clicking till you get to the first screenshot below.  Enter the date you sold it.

4.  Keep clicking till you get tho the second screenshot below.  Sales expenses (which include your closing costs) go in Sales Expenses (Business Portion Only).
