Under the Income section for your Rental property, you will click the 2nd button, Yes, "I have some income report on 1099-MISC, but I have other income as well."
After entering the 1099-MISC or skipping this page for later, you can enter the 1099-INT amount in the box labeled 2017 Rental Income.
However, if you would like to actually enter the 1099-INT as reported, you will need to upgrade to the Self-Employed TurboTax.
I have this same problem (2023 doing 2022 tax return) because button, "Yes, I have some income report on 1099-MISC, but I have other income as well" no longer exists. I need a new updated work-around for this, or I just won't be able to report this 1099-INT.
You may report the income from Form 1099-INT under Interest and Dividends, not under Rental Properties. This is because interest is not included on Schedule E but instead passes through to the owner of the rental property.
