When reporting Savings Bonds, what do I put in the "Received From" section? The bank where they were cashed or do I just enter "Savings Bonds"?

You can use the bank name where they were cashed as the payer in the "received from" section.  But, more importantly, make sure you check the box on the 1099-INT entry screen next to “My form has more info than Box 1 (this is uncommon)” and enter the interest in box 3 for savings bond and treasury interest.
