What version do I need to file a 1099-misc? I have over $10 in royalties, but no self employment expenses. Can I use TurboTax Deluxe download?

All versions of Desktop, except Basic, support all IRS forms that TurboTax handles, just with more instruction as you move up from Deluxe through Premier to Home&Business.
