What is the correct product for us - I am both a W2'd employee and part time self-employed. We also have two children living at home and own a rental property. Thank you

TurboTax Self-Employed (if you want to use an online product).

 

TurboTax Home & Business (if you want to use a desktop (installed on a computer) product.

All of the downloaded versions can handle all the same forms ... start with Deluxe and only upgrade if you feel the need for extra guidance.
