What do I do if I can't access my 1099 DIV form?

Computershare is not allowing me to access my tax information.

It depends.  If you have your year end statement or quarterly statements you can use the information to include your dividends for the year.  If you do not have the information you can file an extension while you contact Computershare for the information.

If you believe you will have a tax balance due, as opposed to a refund, you should also make a payment as well.
