We have a 3 week timesharing condo. We have rented out the condo for 5 days and used the condo ourselves for the other 16 days. Do we need to report it? If so, how?

As you have rented your timeshare for less than 14 days in the year and used it for more than 14 days, you do not need to report this rental income. You cannot deduct any rental expenses either.
