I strongly suspect you may have checked a box saying you had ISO transactions in 2020. So a couple of questions:
(1) Did you automatically import any transactions from the company holding the ISO stock?
(2) Even though you did not exercise any ISO in 2020, did you sell any ISO stock in 2020?
