TurboTax Premier for Mac not importing 1099's (all of them) from First Command Financial Planning

After entering verified username and password (both used to login through Safari and Google Chrome), TurboTax will "think," show a window for establishing secure connection (blue bar fills all the way to the right), and then will show a window that states "This import was unsuccessful.  We recommend you check your internet connection and try again.  If we still can't get your info, don't worry.  We'll help you enter it manually so you can keep working on your taxes."

Has anyone found a cause, fix,  or another way to import information from First Command successfully?

@naidasmel Try to sign in directly to First Command with your login. Some Financial institutions require a login and password to import.

If that doesn't work, you may have to reset your mac keychain.

If you get a Keychain prompt asking you to provide TurboTax access to Intuit ID, enter the password for your account and select Always Allow.

If this doesn't work or you selected Deny, remove Intuit session tokens stored in the Keychain.

  1. Quit your TurboTax Mac application
  2. In Finder, select Applications and then open the Utilities directory and launch the Keychain Access application. Type intuit id in the search box
  3. If you notice any search results for Intuit ID and Kind as application password, delete them
  4. In Finder, select the Go menu at top and then select Go to Folder.... Type ~/Library/Application Support and select Go. Select the TurboTax 20XX directory and delete AuthorizationClientContext.plist, if present
  5. Restart your computer and try importing again.

Thanks for the assist.

Logged into First Command website via Safari.  Site did not ask for permission for TurboTax to access.

When using TurboTax (TT), it doesn't ask for a keychain password.  This version (2022) of TT just has you enter the same username and PW that you would use in a browser.  So, none of the Keychain suggestions will work (I did scroll through the Keychain log just In case).  The feature worked in in the 2021 TT premier version.  In this 2022 Premier version, not so much.

Again, thanks for the help.  It looks like I'm going to have to enter all the information manually....  TurboTax BIG FAIL...
