TurboTax not capturing Other Income (Line 11) as taxable from my K-1

I have an investment in a hedge fund.  They provided me with a K-1 that has boxes 8,9a and 11 populated.  When TurboTax is calculating the taxable amount, it does not appear that is is counting the Other Income (described as IRC SECTION 1293 INCOME).  I populated all of the information from my K-3.  In TurboTax when I get to the Enter Income Detail from my K-3 screen, it is only letting me classify the amounts from boxes 8 and 9a.  This seems incorrect.

Am I doing something wrong here?  I don't see how the amount in box 11 isn't taxable.

TurboTax does not support all of the forms required if you are invested in a Qualified Electing Fund or Passive Foreign Investment Company

Turbotax only supports part II of K-3 while the QEF/PFIC reporting is in part VII. in addition you may be required to file form 8621,5471,8858 or other forms

If you are required to file some of these forms or report your investment in a PFIC, there can be substantial penalties for failure to do so.  the partnership should have furnished instructions for your filing requirements

the partnership should have provided instructions for reporting line 11. it should have a subline line like 11(a). 11(b) etc.

this needs to be entered on the Turbotax sub schedule but there is no item "1293"

it's crucial to get the classification correct. since net investment income above a certain limit is subject to a net investment tax form 8960
