Turbotax is not filling out Schedule E properly when I have a rental property and a separate royalty property for mineral rights. It is only showing one of the addresses

Looking at schedule E, only one of the addresses is getting filled in.  This is causing the error:  

Income from rental real estate and income from royalties must be reported as separate properties on Schedule E

Find the "Rental and Royalty Summary" page and select "Add another rental or royalty" at the bottom of the grid. Please see attached screenshot.
