Turbo Tax is requiring me to upgrade to Premium even though I didn't have any 1099-B's or sell stocks, it thinks I did but I didn't. Only have 1099-INT and DIV

What did you earn dividends on?  Typically, dividends are paid only on investments.

Did you get any K-1 forms?  There are other reasons you might need Premier.
