I'm having the same problem. Do you have a lot transactions?
Thanks for the response. Glad I'm not the only one. Do you know if Dividends count as a transaction on top of buys/sales?
Not working for me either. Have some 20-30 trades, but giving a 103 error.
Even having a hard time getting pass through ''enter a summary of each sale category". It keeps saying "you must fix errors on this page before continuing" and there's no error.
Robinhood support got back to me and said to wait until February 15th when all forms have been sent out. Not sure how that will fix the upload issue present for all of us here, but I'll wait until Friday to try again.
Robinhood support on Feb 12th, told me to wait until the 13th, but it's still not working on the 13th - says 1099 forms not available for account <account #>
So I got one of the 1099s to work. It was the one that was Robinhood's clearing not Apex. What's weird is I can access both 1099s from Robinhood. I just don't want to enter 250 transactions into TurboTax manually X.X.
Ive been able to import my 1099 from Robinhood Securities but for some reason I still cant import from Robinhood-Apex. Has there been any update on this?
I was able to get mine to work after all. Be sure to include 10- in your account number and no dashes in your SSN. This should work for the Apex import. If not, you will need to reach out to Robinhood.
I got mine to work as well. Took a few days but it finally pulled it into TurboTax.

Do we have to include '-' on our social security as well?
Do not include your dashes in the SSN. Make sure to include 10- in your account number for Apex import.
Robinhood - Apex
That didn’t work. Try entering your info again.
Check for any typos or other errors. (103)
Dont waste your time. Its total garbage. You'll end up being forced in an infinite death spiral of manual keying dates in that will never resolve in TT because the Robinhood upload is not structured correctly. Worst of all TT is sooo F-ing slow with too many click throughs you'll have to take a day off of work just to sit there and wait for their horrific UI to cycle because they make you page through all your transactions to edit them rather than putting them all on one infinite scrolling page. Its truly one of the worst user experiences imaginable and aligns very well with the newly minted reputation of Robinhood, who has defamed their very own meaning of their name.
