Trouble Importing from Chase

Turbo Tax has a problem going on right now, Chase and Turbo Tax are not shaking hands properly, AFTER importing Chase tax info, you get the big green check mark stating the import was successful...... a pop up box opens stating there was an error and Turbo Tax has to close, any changes will be lost, and yes NONE of the information gets saved on your return.  This function worked the last couple years but it is BROKE right now. I tried my CD, the online version, same results.  When you start the import it tells you it is opening your default browser in a new window, and it does, and it takes you to the chase site to enter your user name and password, all is well at this point, and everything goes as planned, import starts, completes, big green check mark says all good....NOT!!!!  When you do the exact function for E-Trade, NO second window opens, it just gets username and password info..., shows the accounts, check mark the accounts BOOM info is there NO PROBLEMS.   PLEASE get this figured out so I can finish my taxes!

Please try the following steps to import from Chase:

  1. Close and restart TurboTax.
  2. Make sure the data for your E*Trade account is there.
Identify your default browser that TurboTax will open to import data from the second account, Chase
  3. Delete all cookies and cache…..clearing cookies alone will not work.
Input the login information for the second account "Chase" when TurboTax asks.
