System doesn't recognize that I adjusted the cost of basis of a nonqualified stock sale to $0. Any workarounds?

Entering on - 1099 B

Can you clarify a few things?  Are you using TurboTax Online (TTO) or TurboTax Desktop Software?  If  TTO, which version?  Did you import the 1099-B or manually enter it yourself?
