Splitting a 1099K into different schedules

I received a huge 1099k, can I file partial amount onto a schedule E, remainder  onto a schedule C?

Yes, but you will need to enter Form 1099-K as if you received two separate forms.

Go to the business profile

Enter Form 1099-K under Business Income

1099-K Income

and enter the amount you are claiming as that type of income in Box 1a (this will be different than what is actually reported on the form)

Repeat for the Rental

Go to the Rental profile

Enter Form 1099-K under Rental Income

Rental income reported to you on Form(s) 1099-K

and enter the amount you are claiming as that type of income in Box 1a (this will be different than what is actually reported on the form)
