Selling a Property in a different state than I reside

I live in PA and own a 2nd property in NJ.  I have owned the property for 12 years and have never rented it.  I am looking to sell the property and am trying to get information about how this will affect my taxes.  What taxes must i claim as a non-resident in NJ?  Will i need to file a NJ tax return in addition to my PA return?  Will any taxes be paid at closing?

Thank you

You will file a New Jersey return as a non resident. I believe NJ does require tax withholding for a non resident.
