Replacing evaporator coil and Condenser on AC

Replacing evaporator coil and Condenser on AC on a rental property. Can I deduct them as expenses?

Yes. Those are repairs.

Is that practically the entire Air Conditioning system?   That would be a depreciable improvement to the HVAC system.
