Question about net income of multiple rental properties using turbotax?

I have three rental properties, the net incomes are 1681, 8798 and -6972, the rental net income should be 3507. However, in the final number, turbotax explains that 8798 is added to my final total income. Is this a bug of turbotax?

Why do you have a negative income? I'm pretty sure that is your bug. if it is a - # it is an expense. Also, be sure you list each property separately with income expenses listed separately as well.

1. each line represents one property. 2. negative income means loss, it's a new purchase in December of 2017, the income < expense. Not my bug....
