Problem Uploading Tax Reports from National Financial (Fidelity)

Attempted to upload my brokerage tax docs from Fidelity , have done this for 10 yrs with no issues, but with current Premier version when I selected National Financial (Fidelity's reporting source) a Wealthscape Box opened asking for user name and password, I tried using my Fidelity credentials, doesn't work, called turbotax and reported this issue, don't know what happens next - has anyone else experienced this issue ?

I have used Turbo Tax TT) for several years.  But today, I'm not able to download Form 1099 B from National Financial (Fidelity).  TT is asking for WealthScape Investor ID and Password.  I normally use my Fidelity user ID and password to import 1099 B.  Do I need to register to WealthScape? Thanks, Sid

You could try using your National Financial credentials to sign in at the import page.

If this doesn't work for you, try signing in directly through the Fidelity links provided.
