one member LLC with rental property. Do i need to file it on SCH C to pay SE tax or I can file in on Sch E like it was before i create the LLC. Or maybe i can file Form 1065 with Form 8825?

You can still file on Schedule E. Just because you created an LLC, doesn't mean you have a business or are self-employed. A single-member LLC is a disregarded entity.
