My W2 RSU amount is higher than 1099B total proceeds.Seems like on W2 they're also reporting vested RSUs that I haven't sold yet. Is that how it should be?

The amount on your W-2 is the value of the RSU's at vesting (when you gained ownership).  You receive a 1099-B when you sell the shares, so the proceeds on your 1099-B could be higher or lower than the amount on your W-2, depending on how many of the shares you sold and the selling price.
