My parents do not work, retired and cannot afford to pay lot rent on their mobile home each month. I help pay the rent for them. Can I deduct the rent from my tax return?

No you cannot.  Essentially what you are doing is giving your folks a gift,  Gifts to individuals are not deductible.  It is kind and generous of you to help your parents by paying the lot rent, but it is not deductible for you.
