My 1099B has 6 transactions each about $1.50 each with no date acquired or cost basis. Turbo Tax is requesting the cost basis and date acquired. How do I get this?

I have no idea what or where to get any information on this.  Also, This same amount is listed as -9.00 Total Gross proceeds investment cap with the note Income or expense adjustment This security is a widely held fixed investment trust (WHFIT) must be taken into account when computing taxable income. Please help! Thanks

Do you have an approximate date when this item was added to your portfolio?

If so, you may claim the $9.00 with $0 cost basis and select Something other than a date.  Then at the screen Did you acquire this investment more than a year before you sold it, select either the long-term or short-term option.
