My 1099 tax reporting statement does not have columns or rows to enter the numbers as asked in your standard form. how do I report a long term loss of appr. $48000

There are 20 types of 1099's. There's 1099-B, 1099-OID, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-MISC, 1099-R and quite a bit more. Which do you have?
