My 1099-b purely for STC (no tax implication). Do I really need to report this?

My 1099-b is purely for STC, so there are no tax implications, as the taxes are already accounted for in my W2 (based on my understanding). I will have to use an upgraded version of Turbotax (that costs more) just to report this 1099-b that has no tax implication. If I do not report it when I file my return, will it be a problem with IRS?
