MN State Return... Certficate of Rent Paid

I clicked the box for Property Tax when prompted, but the form never popped up to enter my 2023 CRP, Certificate of Rent Paid in my MN State Return Section. I submited my return thinking the form would pop at some point, but it never did. Any advice or has anyone else had this issue?
