Is Box 11I (other income) on a RE Rental K1 Also Passive Income

I have a K-1 from a RE partnership in which I am a passive partner. Box 11I has $88 listed as pref/mezz income, $95 as origination fees, $2 as "other income" and $566 as "other portfolio income".

 

Are they all items of passive income?

If you do not actively participate in the partnership, then all the activities of the partnership constitute passive income (loss) to you.  RE rental activities have a specific threshold to constitute active participation, but you seem to be confident in your status already.
