I used the import function to tie in to JP Morgan Securities. I received a text message but unfortunately was not able to enter the code within the 30 minute time limit. Subsequent attempts to import the data result in turbo tax making a connection with JP Morgan Securities but when I sign in I do not get the option to have a code sent to me via text messaging.
Is this an issue with turbo tax or is it an issue with JP Morgan. I would think I am allowed more than one sign in opportunity.
Please provide means and methods so that I can import my information from JP Morgan Securities.
