Import data From My bank

In 2020 I imported Tax information from my bank.  I am now using Turbo Tax Premier to do my 2021taxes.  When it gets to the bank import screen it does NOT show that I imported data in 2020.  Is this a problem or should I just go ahead and import the data from my bank?

I use the Desktop software, too.  I don't recall seeing any history of imports from prior years related to any banking institution.

I think you're good to go ahead and import the documents from your bank that are available for tax year 2021.  Always be sure to compare the imported information with paper documents you have received for accuracy.

Why can't I import my information from my bank?  Last year I downloaded from "Chase Investments."  This year that option is not available ("Chase Bank" is the only Chase option).  My bank told me to 'Security & Privacy' than to 'Desktop Software' and finally to 'Set Up.'

Now that 'Set Up' shows that I, "set up your Chase accounts so desktop versions of apps like Quicken® or Intuit QuickBooks® can access them directly."  I still can not import.

If using TurboTax Online, please try importing from J.P. Morgan Wealth Management instead of Chase Investments.
