If my Schwab 1099B form has 0.00 or the word "missing" in the 1e - cost or other basis for stocks sold; what should I do?

When the cost basis is missing, or it has a $0, and you know the correct cost basis you will enter it.

If you cannot find the correct cost basis, then you have to reconstruct it the best you can or you will have to enter a $0 where it is missing.
