If I rent multiple vehicles throughout the year for uber , do I put info for the vehicle sections or skip to the rental sections?

The rent you pay for the vehicles should be entered as a business expense against your Uber income.  You should also report the full expenses for any fuel you purchased for those vehicles.  If they are the only vehicles you used for your business, you will not have "vehicle usage for business purposes" because they are not your vehicles nor will you claim any mileage expenses.
