If i have RSU that we’re vested and sold multiple times in the year to cover taxes, can I report everything in one entry?

I see an option that I can report multiple transaction together. My rsu were sold in Jan and July 2018 to cover taxes vesting day. My Morgan Stanley 1099b has 2 transactions. I want to know if I need to report them separately.

Yes you need to report them separately as you need to list each and every distinct sale.  A sale of stock in January certainly is distinct from a sale of stock in July, even though it's the same name on the stock certificate.  Different sell date, different proceeds, different cost basis.
