If I do a like kind exchange of rental property according to IRS rules, can I still file with Deluxe (user for many years) or do I need to go with Premier?
Would prefer to continue to use Deluxe.

Yes, you can continue to use the TurboTax Deluxe Desktop Version. The Desktop versions handle all forms. However, the Premier version will give you more in depth guidance in preparing both your rental income and expenses and the like kind exchange.
