I was an officer of a corporation acquired by Cerner. I received Cerner stock for my holdings. Cerner itself was acquired this year. How do I determine cost basis?

Cerner paid 0.153 shares for each of Citation, my company. Cash price for Citation was $5.10 but I don't know the number of shares I held.

The cost basis would be the total amount you paid for your Citation stock.
