I took my rental house out of service in 2015. Why is it still showing up in my 2016 taxes? Should I delete it?

Yes, if you reported that you stopped using a property as a rental on your prior year return, you may delete that property this year. Be sure you keep a record of the accumulated depreciation, as you'll need this number when you sell the property.
