I started trading stocks i know the broker will send me a statement by end of Feb but where do I put associated fees at example I paid for a charting service

Those fees are not deductible. 

Really what about technical analysis classes 

Not from like a university 

years ago you could deduct "expenses related to making money".

No longer.
